POSO - The pursuit of the East Indonesia Mujahidin (MIT) List of Wanted Persons (DPO) in Poso, Central Sulawesi has been extended until the end of December 2021. The operation, codenamed 'Madago Raya', is entering its fourth year in 2021.

"As is known, operations are carried out every three months," said Head of the Madago Raya Operations Public Relations Task Force Kombes Didik Supranoto as quoted by Antara, Friday, October 1.

According to Didik, the extension of this operation has started from October 1 to the end of December 2021. In this operation, there will be no additional personnel from the National Armed Forces (TNI) or the National Police (Polri).

"There has been no additional personnel, while the personnel involved in Madago Raya are around 1.500 personnel," he explained

The Madago Raya Task Force Team, which is divided into several groups, continues to carry out its duties and functions to tackle the problems of terrorism that have occurred in the region.

"Then the team continued to carry out activities according to their 'job'. The Pursuit Team gave chase, then the Insulation Team carried out insulation so that they could not go down and sympathizers could not go up to provide assistance, and another team provided education to the community so that they would not be influenced by the invitation. to commit acts of radicalism," said Didik.

Until now, there are still 4 remaining members of the East Indonesia Mujahideen (MIT) Poso DPO after the deaths of Ali Kalora and Jaka Ramadhan.

They are Askar alias Jaid alias Pak Guru, Muhklas alias Galuh alias Nae, Ahmad Gazali alias Ahmad Panjang, and Suhardin alias Hasan Pranata.

The TNI/Polri have called on the 4 Poso Terrorist DPOs to immediately surrender and be held accountable for their actions before the law.
