TANGSEL – Although it has often been brought under control, silver people are still often seen at a number of intersections. It turns out that their income (silver people) is not small. In a matter of hours, they can generate hundreds of thousands of rupiah.

The disclosure was successful when the South Tangerang City (Tangsel) Civil service police (Satpol PP) officers held a silver man raid on Tuesday, September 28. The raids were carried out on a large scale targeting a number of vulnerable points for silver people, such as in Pamulang Gaplek, Perempatan Muncul, Bintaro Plaza, Rempoa Situ Gintung, Alam Sutera, and Graha Bintaro.

From the results of the raid, officers arrested at least 19 silver people consisting of 10 adult men, 4 adult women, and 5 children aged 3 to 14 years.

"We brought 5 children, they are not residents of South Tangerang," explained Muksin Al-Fachry, Head of Investigation and Investigation of the South Tangerang Satpol PP, to reporters.

The officer who caught the silver people did the data collection. From their confession, the silver men who were detained, it turned out that their average income was working for 3 hours from 15.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m., which was quite large.

"The daily income is from IDR 80,000 to IDR 300,000 for 3 hours," said Muksin, one of the silver people who were caught.

Their income is quite large. If in 3 hours they can get a maximum of IDR 300 thousand, then in 6 hours they can get IDR 600 thousand. If they work for 6 hours for 24 days, the silver man's total income reaches IDR 14.4 million.

Furthermore, the silver children who were caught by the officers will be sent to the Ministry of Social's Melati Hall in Bambu Apus, East Jakarta.

"We send the children (silver people) to the Ministry of Social Affairs Hall, while the adults we are still doing coaching at the social service," concluded Muksin.
