Dinar Candy Pornography Case, Police Transfer Files 2 Times
JAKARTA - The police stated that the alleged pornography case that named Dinar Candy as a suspect was still being processed. The case file has been forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office.
"We have sent the initial phase 1 to the Public Prosecutor's Office. Then yesterday there was a change in the file and there were some shortcomings", said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters, Wednesday, September 22.
Having completed these shortcomings, the investigators re-delivered the file. If later the case file is declared complete or P21, the investigator will carry out the second stage.
In the second stage, the responsibility for Dinar Candy will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office. From there, the case will be heard soon.
"We have completed everything and we have sent the file back to the prosecutor", said Yusri.

Previously, Dinar Candy was named a suspect in the alleged pornography case. The determination of the suspect is based on the examination of witnesses and the results of the case title.
"We have named sister DC as a suspect in the alleged crime of pornography", said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Azis Andriansyah, to reporters, Thursday, August 5.
Despite being named a suspect, investigators decided not to detain Dinar Candy. This is because investigators consider various things, one of which is a cooperative attitude.
"While no arrests were made. Yes, just report it", he said.
