Being A Suspect, Holywings Kemang Manager Will Be Questioned Next Week
JAKARTA - The police have scheduled an investigation by the manager of the Holywings Kemang cafe with the initials JAS for the alleged violation of health protocols next week. The examination will be carried out after the status of JAS becomes a suspect.
"The plan will be to be summoned for questioning tomorrow Wednesday, a summons as a suspect has been sent", said Director of General Crime Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to reporters, Friday, September 17.
It is not yet known what will be explored in the inspection process. The suspect was determined by applicable procedures. For example, there is sufficient evidence and witness testimony.
"The testimony of the witness has been examined by 26 people both internally and then CCTV confiscation and expert examination", said Tubagus.
Previously, the manager of the Holywings Kemang Cafe, with the initials JAS, was named a suspect in a case of the alleged violation of the health procedure.
"Based on the results of the investigation. After fingerprinting to investigating, one suspect with the initials JAS has been determined. Holywings manager. He has been named a suspect", said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus.
With the determination of the suspect, JAS is suspected of under Article 216 and also 218 of the Criminal Code and Article 14 of the Indonesian Law concerning infectious disease outbreaks.

Meanwhile, the violation of health protocols at Holywings Kemang occurred on Saturday, September 4 evening. Initially, the sanction was in the form of temporarily closing the place of business for 3x24 hours since Sunday, September 5.
However, after the DKI Provincial Government evaluated the record of the history of violating health protocols. Apparently, Holywings Kemang has committed three violations. Finally, the suspension of the business license was granted and the DKI Provincial Government imposed a fine of IDR 50 million.
This sanction was applied because Holywings Kemang allowed crowds of customers, violated the maximum capacity of 25 percent and operated after 21.00 WIB.
