Land Case In Munjul, KPK Checks Motor Dealer Sales Manager Staff
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned representatives of the sales manager staff of two motorcycle dealers to be examined as witnesses. This investigation relates to allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta in 2019.
These staff representatives come from two different dealers, namely TDM Motor Saharjo and Yamaha Dwi Kencana Motor. They will be questioned for the suspect Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, Anja Runtuwene (AR).
"Examined as a witness for a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta for the suspect AR", said Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, to reporters, Thursday, September 9.
The material for the examination of the witnesses is not yet known. However, the KPK has confirmed that it will summon parties suspected of knowing about this alleged corruption case.

As previously reported, the anti-corruption commission has named four suspects, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar.
In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.
This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.
As a result of this alleged corruption, the state is estimated to have lost up to IDR 152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
