Not Only Richard Lee, Police Set Creator Hans Pranata Suspect For Illegal Access

JAKARTA - The case of alleged illegal access does not only determine Dr. Richard Lee as the suspect. Investigators also named a man named Hans Pratama as a suspect.

"Hans Pranata (also) is a suspect", said Richard Lee's lawyer, Razman Arif Nasution, to reporters, Wednesday, September 8.

According to Razman, Hans is the creator and uploader of content deemed illegal to access. Although, done with the consent of the client.

"(Hans) He's the creator, he's the one who posted it, but with the approval of Dr. Richard", said Razman.

However, Razman emphasized, the upload which was referred to as illegal access did not use the old account. All using new but connected social media accounts.

"Once again posted not using the old account, and not the old email. So it's all-new", said Razman.

For information, Dr. Richard Lee was arrested at his residence in Palembang, South Sumatra, Wednesday 11 August. The arrest was because he intentionally deleted a post on his Instagram account.

In fact, the account @dr.richard_lee has been designated as evidence in the alleged defamation case.

In this case, Dr. Richard is charged with Article 30 in conjunction with 46 of the ITE Law and Article 231 of the Criminal Code and or Article 221 of the Criminal Code regarding the loss of evidence.
