For BCA Customers, Here Are 3 Tips To Avoid Fraudsters Who Often Use Fake Caller Applications

JAKARTA - The management of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) provides tips to its customers to avoid fraud on behalf of the banking company.

Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of Bank Central Asia (BCA) Hera F. Haryn revealed that fraudulent modes on behalf of Bank BCA have become more and more prevalent lately. Usually, she said, the fraudsters used calls from fake numbers such as +6221-1500888, 021-500888, and so on.

"The fraudsters can use the Fake Caller application," she said in a press release, quoted Monday, September 6.

To avoid this mode, there are three ways that the customers of the bank belonging to the conglomerate Hartono Brothers can do, namely, first, never pick up a call from a suspicious number, even though it looks similar to the official call center number.
