Russian Caucasians Who Fall Asleep In Restaurants And Fight Officers Will Be Deported From Bali

DENPASAR - Caucasians from Russia who fell asleep in a restaurant and fought officers when they were detained would be deported from Bali. The Russian Caucasians suspected of being depressed were handed over by Civil Service Police Unit to the Immigration Office in Denpasar, Bali.

"(Already at) the Denpasar Immigration Detention Center", said the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Bali, Jamaruli Manihuruk, Wednesday, September 1.

The Russian foreigner was taken to the Rudenim on Tuesday, August 31 in the afternoon. From the results of the examination, the foreigner has carried out activities that endanger security and public order or did not respect and did not comply with the regulations of the Immigration Law.

In addition, the foreigner is known to have entered Indonesia in December 2020 using a Visit Stay Permit (ITK) whose validity period is until October 6, 2021.

"Because the person concerned has been proven to have violated Regional Regulation Number 7, 2016 concerning public order and public peace. So, Immigration officials took immigration administrative action, by placing him in the Denpasar Immigration Detention Center to wait for the deportation process", said Jamaruli.

"The deportation in question cannot be carried out considering that he does not yet have a ticket back to his country of origin", continued Jamaruli.

It was previously reported that Badung Civil Service Police Unit officers brought a Russian foreigner named Oleg Chadin to the Mangusada Hospital because he was suspected of being depressed.

The Caucasians also had time to fight the officers and ran until he fell. As a result, this Russian Caucasian head was injured.

This Russian Caucasian had fallen asleep in the gazebo of Uma Asri's stall, Mengwi, Badung. When asked by a restaurant employee, this Caucasian was silent.
