Investigating Gratification Case In North Lampung Regency Government, KPK Summons Former Deputy Regent, Sri Widodo
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the Deputy Regent of North Lampung for the 2014-2019 period Sri Widodo, Thursday, August 26. He will be questioned regarding the alleged gratification case at the North Lampung Regency Government.
"Located at the BPKP office for the representative of Lampung Province, the investigative team has scheduled the summons of witnesses", said KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, to reporters, Thursday, August 26.
Besides Sri Widodo, the KPK also summoned two other witnesses, namely a doctor named Djauhari and Director of CV Dewa Sakti, Dicky Saputra.
Ali did not elaborate on the material for the examination of the witnesses. However, witnesses are usually suspected of knowing about alleged acts of corruption, so investigators are summoned.
Meanwhile, regarding Sri Widodo's investigation, this is not the first time. He was questioned by 6 other witnesses on 6 August.
At that time he was examined with the Secretary of the Inspectorate of North Lampung Regency Gunaido Uthama, former Secretary of North Lampung Regency for the 2014-2018 Period Samsir, and an entrepreneur and retired civil servant named Taufik Hidayat.

In addition, the KPK examined an entrepreneur from CV Alam Sejahtera named Abdulrahman; Director of CV Trisman Jaya, Septo Sugiarto; and Director of PT Tata Chubby, Dede Bastian.
Previously, the KPK was indeed investigating allegations of receiving gratuities in North Lampung Regency, Lampung. This investigation has entered the investigation stage and begins with the development of the alleged corruption case that they are currently handling.
Even so, the anti-corruption commission has not been able to detail the chronology and the parties named as suspects. Details related to this alleged gratification case will be conveyed when there is a forced attempt in the form of arrest and/or detention.
