Cooperative And Apologizing Admits Mistakes Are The Reason Jerinx SID Wasn't Arrested By The Police
JAKARTA - Investigators from the Metro Jaya Police have decided not to detain I Gede Aryastina alias Jerinx SID, a suspect in the alleged threat of violence. There are three reasons investigators based this decision.
"So if the question is detained or not, the answer is no detention," said Director of General Crime Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Grand Commissioner Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to reporters, Saturday, August 14.
For the first reason, Jerinx is considered cooperative in handling the case. Jerinx is considered not to be running away.
"The investigators concluded that they were not detained, because the one concerned was present to fulfill our summons despite the second summons. Secondly, the evidence was intact which had been confiscated by the investigators, which the parties could not eliminate," said Tubagus.
Then, Jerinx is also considered not to repeat his actions. This consideration is because, during the mediation process, Jerinx has apologized and admitted his mistake.
"And the third thing is not to repeat his actions, it is indicated that the person concerned has apologized and understands what he did wrong and promised not to repeat his actions," said Tubagus.

"But brother ADG (Adam Deni) even though he has forgiven personally, but still asks for the legal process by investigators to continue in accordance with the existing laws and regulations," said the Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police Grand Commissioner Yusri Yunus.
In addition, in the one-hour mediation process, Jerinx and Adam Deni have forgiven each other. Especially Jerinx who has already admitted his mistake.
