School Bus In Cianjur Transformed Into Mobile Vaccine Bus
JAKARTA - The Cianjur Regency Government, West Java, has transformed a school bus into a mobile vaccination bus specifically for students and students, with a target of 200,000 students and students in the area having received vaccinations by the end of the year.
Cianjur Regent Herman Suherman in Cianjur, Friday, said the transformation of the school bus into a mobile vaccination bus is an effort to speed up vaccination for school-age children, starting from elementary, junior high, high school and equivalent and students who are staying at Islamic boarding schools. However, these rapid efforts must be supported by the availability of vaccines.
"We are targeting vaccinations for school-age children to be achieved by the end of the year or at least 70 percent, so we have to increase the stock of vaccines to be sufficient. We have proposed additions to the center through the provinces," he said as reported by Antara, Friday, August 13.

He explained that after the target was achieved, his party would coordinate with the relevant agencies to immediately hold face-to-face learning (PTM), because students have been studying online for a very long time, and it is certain that they yearn for normal schools as usual.
However, various efforts will be made including ensuring school readiness before PTM is held again, including providing a special room, adding a place for washing hands, and routinely spraying the school area with disinfectant and all teachers have been vaccinated.
"The results of the evaluation of the COVID-19 Task Force, tens of thousands of teachers in Cianjur have received a second vaccination, so we are currently focusing on vaccinating school-age children as an anticipation effort so that they do not contract the coronavirus," he said.
Meanwhile, hundreds of students and students in Pacet and Cipanas Subdistricts were enthusiastic about taking vaccinations after the Regent and Forkopimda of Cianjur launched a special vaccination bus for students and students at the Pacet MAN yard.
