Good News For Non-State Civil Apparatus Teachers In West Java, Every Month Will Receive An Allowance Of IDR 1.5 Million

JAKARTA - The West Java Provincial Education Office (Jabar) stated that 466 teachers and non-State Civil Apparatus education personnel in West Java are entitled to a teacher professional allowance of IDR 1.5 million per month.

The decision was made after pocketing the Teacher Assignment Decree which was handed over by the Head of the West Java Education Office, Dedi Supandi, symbolically at the Dewi Sartika Hall, West Java Disdik Office, Bandung City, reported by Antara, Thursday, August 12.

The decree is handed over to non-State Civil Apparatus teachers in high schools (SMA), vocational high schools (SMK), and special schools (SLB) who are declared to have the requirements and pass the PPG (teacher professional education) test.

Dedi Supandi said the handover of this decree was an effort to improve access and quality of education for the realization of West Java's inner and outer champion with innovation and collaboration.

One of the strategies is to target teachers and education personnel.

"Earlier we have given it in stages from last year, last year there were 1,461 non-State Civil Apparatus education staff teachers who we gave SK and today we gave 466 people", said Dedi Supandi.

Dedi said that several criteria are ranging from administrative and substance requirements and starting from a diploma, learning experience, you are good to take the test.

"The selection is carried out by the Ministry of Education and Culture. But when they are declared to have passed, the Decree must also be known by the Menpan, because of the additional certification of IDR 1.5 million flat is the payroll of the State Budget", he said.

According to him, currently, there are 18,465 non-State Civil Apparatus teachers in West Java and his party will continue to increase the quota of non-State Civil Apparatus teachers who receive a decree.

Meanwhile, for those who did not pass the test or selection, he ensured that they could take part again next year and his party would provide guidance so that they could pass the selection.

"We will continue to improve to support the teachers so that their welfare will increase," he said.

He further said that several non-State Civil Apparatus teachers who had pocketed this decree wanted to take advantage of the IDR 1.5 million allowances for the Bakti Pada Guru (Bataru) house, which is a program from West Java Province.

"Later, there will be a Rapel from January to the first semester, so IDR 1.5 million multiplied by 6 months, approximately IDR 9 million. Many of them want to be transferred for Bataru's down payment. So their income is fixed but it looks like Bataru's installments are approximate IDR 900 thousand will be able to use the allowance", he said.

 

Dedi continued that every non-State Civil Apparatus teacher who has received certification and this Work Letter will also have 10 percentage points when they want to take part in the selection of Government Employees with a Teacher Work Agreement (PPPK).

Where his party has fought for as many as 16,097 PPPK teachers approved by the ministry.

"So this certified teacher will have an additional 10 percent score so that the chance of graduating is higher than friends who have not been certified", he said.

Meanwhile, one of the teachers who received the assignment decree, Toni admitted that the handover of the decree made him more motivated.
