Reminds Of The COVID-19 Pandemic Common Problems, PDIP Alludes To Some Parties Carrying Out Political Maneuvering
JAKARTA - PDI-P Secretary-General, Hasto Kristiyanto, said General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri instructed all parties to work together and work together to overcome COVID-19. Moreover, this pandemic has had a tremendous impact on people's lives.
This was conveyed when he opened the implementation of the training for assistant health workers which was held online and offline from the PDIP Party School Building, on Lenteng Agung Street, South Jakarta.
"It is important for us to be in a cooperation unit without distinguishing between political choices because this is a common problem, an Indonesian issue", Hasto said in a written statement to reporters, Monday, August 2.
Even so, he mentioned that there are still parties who carry out political maneuvers in the midst of efforts to handle the pandemic. In fact, President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin have worked hard to overcome various problems that have arisen.
"There are still those who are sarcastic and carry out political maneuvers. If they have worked for the people, maybe the criticism can be accepted, but some talk without doing anything", said Hasto.

So, he invites all parties to put forward positive energy and also want to work together. "We must have the awareness that the community is currently experiencing difficult conditions during the pandemic", said Hasto.
Furthermore, Hasto said that the assistant health workers trained by his party were not only followed by PDIP members and participants. According to him, the recruitment of participants was followed by the general public because it was a humanitarian work by Megawati Soekarnoputri's message.
Later, the participants who have been trained to become assistants to health workers will be integrated with the COVID-19 Handling Task Force at the central and regional levels. So, they can be actively involved in dealing with the pandemic.
The participants who took part in the training were 982 people, with details of 258 male participants and 726 female participants. They consist of Health Vocational School education levels up to Diploma 1, Diploma 3, and Bachelor's Degree in Health.
"Let's work with enthusiasm to make sure the people are better off. Let's put aside electoral political motives. But prioritize that people can find more optimism in facing the pandemic", said Hasto.
This activity was attended by the Chairman of the PDIP Central Executive Board for Health, Women, and Children, Sri Rahayu, and the Chairman of the PDIP Central Executive Board for Social and Disaster Management, Ribka Tjiptaning. While online, General Chairperson Megawati Soekarnoputri, Chairman of the PDIP Central Executive Board Puan Maharani, and Prananda Prabowo were present.
In addition, the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Head of the Task Force for Handling COVID-19, Ganip Warsito, Deputy Chairman of House of Representatives Commission IX, Charles Honoris, and several health experts will share experiences and guidelines in dealing with this pandemic.
