Inpatients At The Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital Decreased By 167 People

JAKARTA - The number of patients being treated at the COVID-19 Special Emergency Hospital (RSDC) Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, Jakarta, decreased by 167 people.

"Inpatients who were confirmed positive (COVID-19) in Towers 4, 5, 6, and 7 were 3.068 people, while the original number (one day earlier) was 3.235 people. There was a reduction in the number of inpatients by 167 people", said the Head of Information Command. Joint Defense Areas (Kogabwilhan) I Marine Colonel Aris Mudian was quoted by Antara, Thursday, July 29.

As of March 23, 2020, until July 29, 2021, or in a period of more than one year, the number of patients referred to the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital reached 122.286 people.

Of that number, 117.713 COVID-19 patients have been declared cured and discharged from the hospital, while 965 patients were referred to other hospitals.

So far, the Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I National Armed Force (TNI) recorded the number of patients who died at the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital as of July 29, 2021, as many as 540 people.

Aris also conveyed the development of the situation at the Nagrak Flats RSDC, which is a place for self-isolation for COVID-19 patients without symptoms.

As of July 29, 2021, the number of patients being treated at the RSDC Nagrak Flats was 152 people, while on Wednesday there were 170 people. That is, there was a reduction of 18 patients in the last 24 hours.

From June 28 to July 29, a total of 9.069 people underwent isolation at the RSDC Nagrak Flats. Of that number, 8.460 people have completed the isolation period and 43 others have been referred to other hospitals.

In the latest situation at the RSDC Pasar Rumput Flats, as of Thursday, there were 365 inpatients for COVID-19, while on the previous day there were 277 patients. This means that there have been 88 additions in the last 24 hours.

From 18 June 2022 to 29 July 2021, 403 people are undergoing isolation at the RSDC Pasar Rumput Flats. Of that number, 33 of them have completed the isolation period, and one person was referred to another hospital.

Meanwhile, at the Galang Island Special Hospital for Infection (RSKI), Batam, Riau Islands, as of Thursday, 328 people were hospitalized.

"There are 328 inpatients, including 255 men and 73 women. The 328 patients were all confirmed positive for COVID-19", Aris said, quoted from his written statement.

The Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I TNI noted that there was a reduction in the number of inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital in the last 24 hours by three people.

"As of July 29, 2021, there were 328 inpatients, originally (one day earlier) 331 people. There was a reduction in the number of inpatients by three people", he asserted.
