Burnt Ford Mustang In Pondok Indah, Officer: Allegedly Due To A Short Circuit, IDR 2 Billion Loss
JAKARTA - The Ford Mustang was charred in a fire in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta. The cause is suspected to be an electrical short.
"The suspected cause of an electrical short circuit", said Team Head of Group A Tanah Kusir Post, Rustiawan, in his statement, Monday, July 26.
This 1966 classic car caught fire at around 17.15 WIB. It took 5 firefighters to extinguish the blaze. This Ford Mustang fire was shared on social media.
"The fire was extinguished by deploying 1 unit of medium pressure and 5 officers", he said.

The estimated loss due to burning of the luxury cars was IDR 2 billion. Officers confirmed there were no casualties from the incident.
"Losses are estimated at IDR 2 billion. There are no casualties or injuries", said Rustiawan.
