Judges And Employees Positive For COVID-19, East Jakarta District Court Temporarily Closed
JAKARTA - The East Jakarta District Court temporarily closed services from July 13-14, 2021. This was after an employee was found to be positive for COVID-19.
Based on its official website, the East Jakarta District Court temporarily only opens services for receiving incoming letters, registering legal remedies, and extending detention.
"Due to the presence of judges and employees who have been exposed to COVID-19, all service and trial activities have been temporarily suspended", the announcement said, quoted by Antara, Monday, July 12.
The East Jakarta District Court also stated that the temporary closure refers to the Letter of the Chairperson of the DKI Jakarta High Court Number: W10-U/3940/OT.01/7/2021.
Meanwhile, the three services that were still operating during the temporary closure of the East Jakarta District Court were opened from 08.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, during the temporary suspension of services, all employees of the East Jakarta District Court carried out activities from home or "work from home (WFH)".
"The Special Class 1A East Jakarta District Court will stop all office activities/operations or WFH on July 13-14, 2021", the East Jakarta District Court wrote in its announcement.
