Sharp Armed Robber Group In Kudus Arrested
KUDUS - The Kudus Police Team, Central Java, arrested three of the eight people who were involved in the robbery plot. The robbery gang in their actions did not hesitate to injure their victims with sharp weapons.
"From the results of developments in the field, after receiving reports of the mugging case, it is known that there were four perpetrators", said Kudus Police Chief, Aditya Surya Dharma, quoted by Antara, Monday, July 12.

AKBP Aditya mentioned the initials of the arrested perpetrators, namely DH, DR, and TH, the three Kudus residents who were part of a gang of criminal cases of theft with violence six times in different places.
For the latest case, on July 9 in Dersalam Village, Bae District, the victim was riding a Honda Scoopy motorcycle, and his friend riding a Honda Beat walking from west to east to return home.
After crossing the scene, the victim was called by an unknown number of four people.
Thinking about his friend, the victim turned back to the person who called him. However, after arriving near the perpetrator, suddenly the victim was stabbed with a sharp weapon and hit the victim's right hand so that he ran for safety after falling from his motorbike.
Due to this incident, the victim lost his motorbike and cellular phone in the vehicle seat with a total loss of IDR 31 million.
The two perpetrators with the initials DH from Bacin Village, Bae District, and DR from Burikan Village, Kota District were arrested along with evidence of two cellular phones, sickles, swords, and one unit of the victim's motorbike.
Two of his friends with the initials R and F, both from Kudus, are being chased by officers because their identities have been pocketed.

Meanwhile, the suspect TH, also a gang of perpetrators, was arrested for being involved in a crime similar to the location of the incident in Gondoharum Village, Jekulo District. The Kudus Police are still hunting for five perpetrators who from January to July 2021 have committed six crimes.
The perpetrators are threatened with Article 365 of the Criminal Code regarding the crime of theft with violence with a maximum imprisonment of 9 years.
The perpetrator with the initials DR admitted that he did not know if the victim was a police officer. At the time of snatching, in a drunken state.
The proceeds of the crime, according to his confession, were used to buy liquor with his friends.
