Lawyer Proposes Rehabilitation For Nia Ramadhani And Ardi Bakrie
JAKARTA - The attorneys for drug abuse suspects Ardiansyah Bakrie and Nia Ramadhani are currently preparing to apply for rehabilitation for the married couple, considering their roles as users.
Ardi and Nia's attorney, Wa Ode Nur Zaenab, assessed that Nia and Ardi's actions in consuming drugs should be rehabilitated through medical treatment.
"We have prepared a rehabilitation application. In the near future, an assessment can be carried out by the police and rehabilitation can be given," said Wa Ode at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Friday night as reported by Antara.
According to Wa Ode, the roles of Nia and Ardi in this case of drug abuse are as users or victims.
Therefore, rehabilitation must be given to victims so that they as users can stop consuming.
"Rehabilitation must be given to the victim. Because this is a victim, medical treatment must be given, of course, there is treatment so that the victim can return to the community," she said.
