Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teachers In Sorong City Hold Face-to-Face Meeting, Ends Up With An Apology And Gets Disbanded By The COVID-19 Task Force
WEST PAPUA - The Sorong City COVID-19 Handling Task Force, West Papua Province, has dissolved the face-to-face meeting of Muhammadiyah Elementary School teachers. This dissolution is an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The disbandment was led directly by the Field Coordinator of the COVID-19 Handling Task Force, Fenti Hendri Talane. The principal apologized for this incident and promised to hold an online meeting in Sorong City.
Fenti Hendri said that the control of the face-to-face meeting of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School at Jalan Nuri was due to reports from the public.
"We came well and conveyed the mayor's circular about the Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) to the teachers who were having a face-to-face meeting so that they dispersed", he said, quoted from Antara, Friday, July 9.
