Deputy Governor of Bali Cok Ace Positive For COVID-19

DENPASAR - Deputy Governor of Bali Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati or Cok Ace has tested positive for COVID-19. Cok Ace is currently in self-isolation.

"Yes, he is self-isolating (and) in good condition", said Head of the Bali Provincial Health Office, Ketut Suarjaya when confirmed, Thursday, July 1.

Suarjaya stated that the Deputy Governor of Bali has been positive for COVID-19 since last week. Cok Ace may be exposed to local transmission due to its dense activity.

In addition, the Deputy Governor of Bali is currently in self-isolation and is waiting for a negative swab result.

"His activities are full of local transmission possibilities. (Self-isolation is over) after a negative swab", said Suarjaya.
