Entering Bali Must Bring PCR Test Results, Passenger At Ngurah Rai Airport Drops
BADUNG - Since the entry to the island of Bali has been tightened, the movement of passengers at the Domestic Terminal of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, has fallen by 40 percent.
"About 40 percent decrease", said Stakeholder Relations Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, Taufan Yudhistira when contacted, Thursday, July 1.
The decline in passengers has occurred since the tightening of entry into Bali which prohibits GeNose as a travel requirement as of Wednesday, June 30. Airplane passengers entering Bali are required to bring the results of the PCR test.
On the first day of enforcement, 3,149 passengers were entering Ngurah Rai Airport. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, June 29, there were 5,362 people entered Bali by air.
"Because it is mandatory for a PCR test for those who come to Bali", he added.

"If you leave Bali using air transportation, you follow national rules, so you can use GeNose C-19 or antigen or PCR", said Taufan.
