Senayan City And UOB Support Free Vaccination Program For General Public On June 16-19, 2021
JAKARTA - A number of entrepreneurs such as the Senayan City mall manager and UOB banking are ready to support the efforts of the government of the Republic of Indonesia in order to intensify vaccinations towards a healthy Indonesia, among others by holding a free vaccination program for the general public.
"The vaccination program that is open to the general public has the vision to support the government towards a healthy and COVID-19-free Indonesia", said Director of Leasing & Marketing Communication Senayan City, Halina, in a press release, quoted from Antara, Thursday, June 17.
She stated, to participate in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID-19, Senayan City and UOB Indonesia held a free program for the first dose of COVID-19 AstraZeneca vaccination for the general public on June 16-19, 2021.
The implementation of this free vaccination will be carried out in THE HALL area on the 8th floor of Senayan City as a COVID-19 vaccine center which is a form of support from Senayan City and UOB Indonesia to unite steps to support the government towards a healthy Indonesia.
"Senayan City contributes in helping the distribution of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine which is being run by the DKI Jakarta Government. Through the contribution supported by UOB Indonesia, we hope to support the National Vaccination Program for residents of DKI Jakarta and non-DKI Jakarta residents who live in Jakarta, in accordance with as stated in the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Health Number: SR.02.04/II/1496/2021", said Halina.
UOB Indonesia Executive Director Human Resources Ani Pangestu said, to help the community, her party worked with Senayan City as a partner who had the same vision in providing a COVID-19 vaccine center.

"For four days from June 16 to 19, the public can get vaccines for free and protect themselves from the potential transmission of COVID-19", said Ani Pangestu.
According to her, through positive synergy between the government and the private sector in slowing the spread of the virus, it is important to support the achievement of economic recovery and prosperity in the long term.
According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, more than one billion doses of AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine have been received by the world community. WHO also recommends that the AstraZeneca vaccine is safe and can be used to protect oneself from the serious effects of COVID-19.
After receiving the vaccine, the public is still required to implement health protocols including wearing masks, washing hands with soap in running water, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and limiting mobility.
In implementing the vaccine program, Senayan City and UOB Indonesia collaborate with EMC & OMNI Group as hospital partners who provide the AstraZeneca vaccine and the required medical personnel.
