Auto2000 Prepares High Standard Aftersales Experts Through Best People Contest 2026
JAKARTA - Auto2000 again held the 2026 Best People Contest (BPC) at the Auto2000 Cibinong branch, Sunday, August 2. This competition is a form of appreciation as well as a means of measuring the ability of professional personnel who are the front line of Auto2000 after-sales service.
A total of six categories are contested in the event, namely General Repair Technician, THS Auto2000 Home Service Technician, Part Person, Foreman, Service Advisor, and OtoXpert Technician Advisor. Through the theme The Expert Behind Worry-Free Car Ownership, Auto2000 emphasizes its commitment to maintaining quality after-sales service standards so that customers can experience a more comfortable and worry-free vehicle maintenance experience.
"Buying a car may be a decision made in a short time, but taking care of and using it is a journey that lasts for years. Therefore, we see that the presence of experts in aftersales services has a very important role in ensuring customers can enjoy a calm and comfortable vehicle ownership experience. Through the Best People Contest, we want to ensure that the experts behind the Auto2000 service continue to have competence and readiness to provide the best solution for customers," said Auto2000 Chief Executive Anton Jimmi Suwandy in Cibinong, Bogor, Sunday, 2 Agutus.
More than just a competition, the Best People Contest is not just a competition event. This activity is also part of the company's strategy in improving the quality of human resources as one of the main pillars of customer service. The competence, dedication, and quality of service of technicians are expected to be added value in the midst of increasingly tight automotive industry competition.

In the assessment process, participants are tested based on their mastery of workshop and vehicle-related theories, technical skills, performance during field practice, to customer satisfaction levels. All participants must also pass a series of theoretical, practical, and role play tests before being determined as winners in each category.
The selection process involves more than 2,700 participants from various fields, ranging from General Repair mechanics, Service Advisors, Part Person, Foreman, THS Auto2000 Home Service mechanics, to OtoXpert Technician Advisors. They undergo four selection stages to compete for the best title in each category.
