Police Investigate Hydroponic Marijuana Plantation Syndicate In Brebes
JAKARTA - The West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Investigation Unit has arrested a group of home-grown hydroponic marijuana drugs in Brebes, Central Java.
West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Detective AKBO Ronaldo Maradona Siregar said the suspects consisted of users, financiers, and nurses in hydroponic cannabis plantations.
"Those (who were arrested) were users, financiers, and home gardeners," Ronaldo said, as quoted by Antara, Monday, June 7.
He said officers arrested the suspects who were scattered in a number of different locations.
Ronaldo has just revealed the initials of the two suspects involved in the hydroponic cannabis plantation syndicate at the house.
The first suspect has the initials Y as a cannabis garden nurse in Brebes, Central Java.
The second is U, who was arrested in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta as a financier or agent for suspect Y.

Ronaldo has not provided more details regarding the arrests of the suspects because they are still under intensive investigation.
"For more details, we will convey in the released statement," Ronaldo said.
Previously, members of the West Jakarta Metro Police's Drug Investigation Third Unit raided a home-grown cannabis plantation in the Brebes area, Central Java, early Sunday, June 6.
There were hundreds of flower pots that were taken to the West Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters to be used as evidence.
