The Prosecutor Names 3 Suspects Of Alleging Corruption, Deviation Of Fuel Budget For Ambon City Official Vehicles
JAKARTA - Ambon District Attorney's investigators have named three suspects in the alleged corruption case at the Ambon City Environment Service for the 2019 Fiscal Year.
"Those who have been named as suspects, namely LI aka Lucia, NYT, and RMS", said the Head of Ambon District Attorney, Fritz Dian Nalle, in Ambon, reported by Antara, Monday, May 7.
They were named suspects at the end of May 2021 based on the letter of determination of suspect Number 030/Tim I/X/MT/V/2021 dated May 27, 2021.
Lucia is the Head of the Ambon City Government Environment Service and acts as the power user of the budget, NYT is the official commitment maker, and RMS is the owner of a public gas station (SPBU) in this area.

The prosecutor's investigation into alleged irregularities in the fuel oil budget for official vehicles and waste operations from the Ambon City Environment and Waste Office (LHP) in 2019 was carried out after a public report was submitted to the prosecutor's office.
