Cheat Codes Release Album Hellraisers Pt. 1, Make Lean On Me A Single Hero

JAKARTA - Music group Cheat Codes, known for their song No Promises (feat. Demi Lovato), have released the first part of their debut album consisting of three parts, Hellraisers Pt. 1.

This groundbreaking eleven-song musical project features the lead single Lean On Me featuring pop and R&B singer Tinashe.

In a statement on Friday, the trio said that the Hellraisers album, Pt. 1 features their collaborations with fellow eclectic artists, including Tinashe and Spanish alt-pop singer and songwriter Au/Ra.

The album also includes recently released songs, such as On My Life, Heaven, Between Our Hearts (feat. CXLOE), Stay (feat. Bryce Vine), Washed Up, Do It All Over (feat. Marc E. Bassy ), No Chill (feat. Lil Xxel), and Hate You + Love You (feat. AJ Mitchell).

The album's name Hellraisers, the nickname given to the group by their late manager, Michael Theanne, who died more than a year ago, describes their cheerful and adventurous lifestyle.

This album itself has three parts and each part has different music with the characteristics of each member. The first part will focus on Trevor's pop music, while the second part will focus on KEVI's Hip-Hop signature, and the third part will focus on Matthew's Dance Music.

These three personnel create colorful and lifelike stories that can be seen from every song in Hellraisers Pt. 1 which is heavily influenced by pop music.

"Lean On Me, the album's lead single featuring Tinashe, will captivate your ears from the first time you listen to it. The bassline and use of different percussion elements will bring the song's emotion and ambition to center stage thanks to the group's skill," said Cheat Codes.

"Tinashe and Trevor's memorable vocals take this piece to another level. With the lyrics, 'Baby when you're falling, you can lean on me, when you don't feel strong, when you don't believe,' It's hard not to drown in it."

This album can be enjoyed on various digital music services.
