Police Name Head of Bali BPN as Suspect of Abuse of Power
DENPASAR - The Bali Police have named the Head of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN) for Bali Province, I Made Daging, as a suspect.
"So on December 10th, on behalf of IMD, we set him as a suspect, and now it is still in process," he said.

The head of BPN Bali was named a suspect in the case of alleged criminal acts of abuse of power, forcing someone to do something, or to let something or every person who intentionally does not maintain the integrity, security and safety of state archives that are maintained for the benefit of the state.
"As stated in Article 421 of the KHUP and or Article 83 of the RI Law, number 43, 2009 concerning archives allegedly committed by the suspect," he added.
But the Bali Police have not explained in detail about the case that ensnared the Head of the Bali BPN.
"We are investigating the person concerned in accordance with the SOP, the determination of the suspect and the temporary process," he said.
Kombes Ariasandy said that IMD was named a suspect based on a report from the community.
"Based on reports from the community and then carry out the investigation, we found evidence so that the person concerned we raised the status of the suspect as of December 10. For the chronology and all sorts of things, we wait for the investigators," he said.
