Police Process 3 Cases Of Sex Against Children In Tasikmalaya
TASIKMALAYA - Tasikmalaya City Police processed three cases of sexual intercourse against minors in Tasikmalaya City, West Java to account for their actions in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
"The Tasikmalaya City Police will process each perpetrator optimally in accordance with applicable laws and regulations," said Tasikmalaya City Police Chief AKBP Moh Faruk Rozi, quoted by Antara, Thursday, December 11.
He said the Tasikmalaya Resort Police is currently handling three cases of sexual intercourse with minors, and the perpetrators are adults.
The action, he said, was a form of commitment in law enforcement and protection against victims by not tolerateting perpetrators of sexual crimes.
"Protecting children is our priority," said the Police Chief.
He mentioned three cases handled by the Tasikmalaya City Police, namely the case of a biological father having sex with his own child since 2022 which repeatedly until it was finally uncovered on November 17, 2025 in his rented house in Indihiang District.
The perpetrator's mode, said the Police Chief, was by taking advantage of the quiet condition of the house, then persuading the victim with money and being given a cell phone. The police then arrested him along with evidence in the form of KB drugs, victim's clothes, and other items used by the perpetrators to influence the victim.
He mentioned another case, namely the perpetrator NH (51), an aunt who committed immoral acts against her nephew since 2019 or during the 5th grade of elementary school until finally it was uncovered on November 1, 2025 in Sukahurip Village, Tamansari District with the mode of giving the victim Rp. 20,000 to Rp. 50,000.
Another case is the intercourse and confinement of a 15-year-old teenage girl in a hotel room in Tasikmalaya by four perpetrators by pretending to play until they were finally held captive, given alcohol, and an immoral act occurred.

The case was successfully revealed after receiving a report from the victim's parents, then the police moved quickly to look for it until they finally found its whereabouts, and evacuated the victim in poor condition.
The police detained the perpetrators and charged with Article 76D in conjunction with Article 81 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Child Protection Law, as well as Article 6 letter c of the TPKS Law with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison, and for the perpetrators of biological parents plus a third of the sentence.
