Celebrity Lisa Mariana Suspect Of Immoral Video Not Detained, West Java Police Reasons For Cooperative
JAKARTA - The West Java Regional Police (West Java Police) revealed that the celebrity Lisa Mariana was not detained even though she had been named a suspect in an immoral video case because she was considered cooperative during the investigation process.
Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan, said investigators had the authority to detain if the suspect was uncooperative, fled, and attempted to eliminate evidence.
"With the consideration that there is no concern for the suspect, he will run away, destroy and or eliminate evidence," said Hendra in Bandung, Friday, confiscated by Antara.
Hendra revealed that Lisa Mariana was also considered not to have the potential to repeat the alleged crime.
"The importance of the examination has been completed and has been fulfilled in order to fulfill the investigation to complete the strengthening of the elements of the alleged article," he said.
He added that the examination of Lisa Mariana at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Siber) of the West Java Police had been completed since Thursday, December 4.
"In the examination, investigators asked the suspect 47 questions," he said.

Previously, the West Java Regional Police had named Lisa Mariana as a suspect in an immoral video that allegedly involved her as a female actor.
Hendra said the suspect's status was given after cyber investigators found the adequacy of the criminal element in the investigation that had been going on for some time.
"The investigation element has been fulfilled. It has been named a suspect," he said.
According to him, from the results of the case title carried out again by cyber investigators, it was concluded that the two of them were consciously recording the immoral activity.
