For The Sake Of Children's Mentality, Tasya Holds The Police Of Her Ex-husband Even Though She Loses Big

JAKARTA - Beauty vlogger Tasya Farasya through her attorney, revealed the reason why she has not taken the criminal route against her ex-husband, Ahmad, despite a fantastic fund dispute.

Riphat Senikentara, Tasya's lawyer, explained that his client was very careful in taking further legal steps. The main consideration is not only material, but the future and psychology of their children. Tasya does not want the digital footprint of the feud between parents to damage the baby's mentality.

"Tasya is very trying, very restrained in order to maintain the good name of her ex-husband in front of her family, in front of her children," said Riphat in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, December 3.

This attitude is taken so that in the future, their children do not consume negative news about their own father.

As ex-wife, Tasya realizes that their relationship is unlike a pure business relationship that can be immediately resolved with an iron fist. There is a history of emotions and family that makes Tasya give Ahmad a long time apart.

Sangun Ragahdo added that his client positioned himself not to press Ahmad too aggressively. Tasya still sees Ahmad as the father of her children, so a persuasive approach is prioritized over a legal confrontation.

"Tasya herself gave as much time as possible, not too pressing either because how is this still her ex-husband," said Ragahdo.

This humanist approach rarely occurs in dispute cases with large loss values.

Tasya's main hope is actually simple, namely a peaceful settlement without having to attack each other in the public sphere or criminal law. They want all matters to be finished properly so that both parties can continue their respective lives.

The attorney also mentioned that every effort to return funds from Ahmad, regardless of the value later, will be considered as a form of appreciation and responsibility. Tasya is ready to respect the business as long as there is a real progress.

"This means that with Ahmad's efforts, although the numbers may not be the same, it is a form of Ahmad's appreciation for Tasya. It must be appreciated," explained Riphat.

However, he also reminded that "silent attitude" and "self-restriction" have expiration limits.

"The name patience must have a limit. Maybe we'll see how Ahmad's efforts to solve this," concluded Riphat.
