Ahmad Assegaf Withdraws Appeal, Divorce With Tasya Farasya Officially Has Permanent Legal Force
JAKARTA - The divorce drama between the Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf celebrities has finally reached the final round. Ahmad Assegaf is confirmed to have withdrawn the appeal he previously filed regarding the divorce decision at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA).
The news was confirmed directly by Tasya Farasya's attorney, Sangun Ragahdo. He stated that Ahmad's revocation of the legal action was carried out on Thursday, November 27, 2025 afternoon.
"After we pressconed two days ago, yesterday afternoon Mr. Ahmad withdrew his appeal," said Sangun Ragahdo when contacted by the media crew, Friday, November 28, 2025.
Regarding the reasons behind Ahmad's decision to withdraw his appeal, Sangun admitted that he did not know for sure. He only received official information regarding the change in the status of the case from the court.
"You don't know me (the reason for Ahmad's withdrawal of the appeal). I only got a notification from the Religious Court," explained Sangun.

With the repeal of this appeal, the divorce decision set by the South Jakarta Religious Court on November 12, 2025, has now been declared inkrah or has permanent legal force. Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf are now officially divorced by state law.
"Yes, that's right (it has submitted the divorce decision)," he said.
Previously, the divorce process had heated up because Ahmad Assegaf filed an appeal just one day before the deadline ended on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The move had postponed the status of the inkrah that should have occurred on that day.
"Just yesterday, we received an update from the Religious Court, I received a notification notification that it turned out that the defendant filed an appeal. It should have been signed today (permanent legal force), but because yesterday's appeal, the process is still ongoing," said Sangun in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, last Wednesday.
For information, Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf married on February 18, 2018. After seven years of building a household, the famous beauty vlogger filed for divorce against her husband on September 12, 2025 at the South Jakarta Religious Court.
