American Confession About Flying UFO Sightings That Exist

JAKARTA - Various celestial phenomena often occur nowadays, including the sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects or UFOs. Later, the Pentagon, as the United States Ministry of Defense (US) officially released three short videos about the existence of UFOs that crossed the skies of the United States (US).

The three videos released were titled "FLIR1," "Gimbal" and "GoFast," via the Naval Air Systems Command FOIA Reading Room website. In fact, the three UFO snippets are not new videos, because some of them have been circulating on a number of sites.

Quoting a CNBC International report, the US Navy has also acknowledged the existence of recordings of the unidentified flying object. According to the Pentagon, with the official release of the three videos, it aims to eliminate various misconceptions about the existence of UFOs or alien aircraft.

"To clear up any misconceptions in the public about whether the footage that has been circulating is real or not, or there are more videos," said Pentagon spokesman Sue Gough.

Two of the three videos of UFO sightings, actually released by the New York Times in December 2017 and the pages of The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences, owned by former Blink-182 musician Tom DeLonge in March 2018, which show footage via infrared cameras showing flying UFOs rapidly.

At that time the Pentagon said the UFO phenomenon recorded on video, as an object that could not be recognized or was still "unidentified". "The aerial phenomenon observed in the video remains marked as an unknown object," added Gough.

The Pentagon itself has studied the unidentified object discovery footage as part of a secret program that was discontinued in 2012. The program was initiated on the orders of former Senator Harry Reid of Nevada. However, a number of sources said that the program was still running, but with a different entity.

LAPAN comments

The National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) also commented on the video footage released by the Pentagon about UFOs or unidentified flying objects. Especially with a narrative that seems to hint at the existence of extraterrestrial beings known as aliens on Earth.

"UFO or Unidentified Flying Object is a common name for an unidentified flying object. However, the public has already linked UFOs with intelligent creatures from outside Earth (aliens)," said Head of Lapan Thomas Djamaluddin in his short message to VOI.

Thomas explained, in the world of science the existence of UFOs could be related to the possibility of living things outside the earth. This can be seen by the existence of a special study on bioastronomy, which studies life outside the earth.

Even so, science has not been able to actually explain the presence of aliens or aliens who came to Earth. The reason is because aliens are considered pseudo-science (pseudo-science) so that they do not meet the rules of the scientific method.

Furthermore, Thomas said that if LAPAN had not researched the existence of UFOs, so that his party had never perpetuated similar objects in Indonesia. "Lapan has never studied the UFO phenomenon," he said.
