For A Month Not Having Sex, The Father In Kudus Could Rape And Kill His Own Daughter

KUDUS - Kudus Police, Central Java, has named the biological father of S (51) as a suspect in the murder of his own child. The trigger for S's barbaric action came from the refusal of the child when he was invited to have sex.

"The perpetrator was detained and designated as a suspect since Saturday, May 22, after the evidence from the investigation corroborates the allegation that his biological father was the perpetrator of the murder", said AKBP Holy Police Chief Aditya Surya Dharma in Mapolres Kudus reported from Antara, Monday, May 24.

The suspect is a resident in Kaliwungu Subdistrict. Chief of Police Aditya continued, the evidence found in the field in the form of fingernail marks of the victim and sperm in the victim's pants are identical to the perpetrator.

The perpetrator raped his biological child with the initials Han (16) for reasons of not getting services from his wife for the past month.

"At the time of the incident, the perpetrator's wife was at work and his second child was also in school. The perpetrator raped the victim once, then repeated it, but the victim rebelled, then the perpetrator committed violence until finally, the victim was unconscious", he said.

After it was confirmed that the victim died, the perpetrator slashed the pulse of the victim's left hand, then took a rope, then put it on the victim's body to make it look dead by suicide.

The perpetrator admitted to raping his own daughter once. Then he tried again but was rejected so that he got emotional and then he violence against his daughter.

The reason he had the heart to rape his daughter. His wife did not serve him for a month because of the fasting month.

For his actions, the perpetrator was threatened with Article 80 Paragraph (3) of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 23/2002 on Child Protection subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code with the threat of 15 years in prison.

The alleged murder of Han (16), a grade XI student, shocks the villagers. The victim was found by her sister who came home from school in a state of death in the kitchen.
