Clean Bandit Cancels Concert In Jakarta, Ticketholders Question Refund Clarity
JAKARTA - The British electronic music group, Clean Bandit, has certainly canceled its single concert in Jakarta this year.
As is known, the Clean Bandit is planned to appear at the Jakarta International Velodrome on November 26. Ticket sales have also been made starting October 11.
However, about a week before the show, Soulmee Live's Instagram account as the promoter, along with the Clean Bandit Indonesia account, announced that the concert was canceled.
Dissatisfaction also came from fans who had already bought tickets. Through social media, they questioned the refund to the organizers.

At the same time, the Clean Bandit Indonesia account via Instagram Story, explained that the cancellation of the show was due to unexpected circumstances from the promoter.

"With a heavy heart, we inform you that due to the unexpected logistical and operational circumstances of the promoter, our upcoming event will be postponed until next year," he said.
We want to clarify that this situation has nothing to do with the band. The band and their team have shown full professionalism and commitment during the process.
Regarding the refund for ticket holders, it is explained that the refund process will be processed by the official ticket provider.
"The refund will be processed directly by Admin GTS, the official ticket provider for this event," he said.
