The COVID-19 Task Force Disperses a Celebration with Singers Who Create Crowds In Banyuwangi
BANYUWANGI - Task Force COVID-19 together with Sub-District Military Command 0825/12 Rogojampi, disperse the Campursari Orchestra which was held by residents during a celebration in Kedungbaru Hamlet, Gintangan Village, Banyuwangi.
The event was held Sunday, May 23, the night was dispersed because it caused a crowd during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"The implementation of celebration adheres to health protocols to prevent COVID-19 and during the pandemic, entertainment orchestra is not allowed because it can trigger crowd action", said Village Guidance Officer, Gintangan Village, Serma Rewel Agus, Monday, May 24.
He explained, initially the citizen with the initials S asked permission to Sub-District Military Command 0825/12 Rogojampi will carry out celebration with entertainment, on Friday, May 21.

But it turns out that the residents who have celebration do not follow the instructions and even hold entertainment orchestra. After the event was held, the officer came and asked for the entertainment event to be dispersed.
