No Summons, Dewi Perssik's Legal Team Is Ready To Immediately Make A Police Report Next Week

JAKARTA - The singer of Dewi Perssik, through her attorney, Sandy Arifin, expressed her readiness to take legal action. He plans to report several social media accounts that spread false accusations about him.

Sandy Arifin explained that his client felt that his good name was defamed by the news circulating. The news accuses Dewi Perssik of expelling one of the artists.

"Our client is accused ... yes, he was accused of something that was not done, and yes, he felt that his reputation was defamed," said Sandy Arifin at the South Jakarta Police, Tuesday, November 25.

This reporting plan was supposed to be carried out today but had to be postponed.

The delay was due to Dewi Perssik's busy schedule as a judge on a television station. Sandy Arifin confirmed that the report would be made next week.

Dewi Perssik's party has pocketed a number of evidences, including screenshots from several accounts on TikTok and Instagram.

"There are several accounts that have been captured with him," added Sandy.

Dewi Perssik strongly denied the allegations and felt very disturbed.

"Well, we didn't do anything, just meet or not," Sandy said, imitating his client's words.

With this legal step, Dewi Perssik hopes to clear her name from slander. He wanted to prove that the accusations directed at him were completely baseless.
