Debt Collector Problem Called After, Ruben Onsu's Party Criticizes Sarwendah Press Conference

JAKARTA - Ruben Onsu's party regretted the issue of the arrival of debt collectors to Sarwendah's residence.

His attorney, Minola Sebayang, explained that the problem had actually been resolved by the legal team of both parties, long before Sarwendah held a press conference.

Minola admitted that she was surprised why the finished problem was brought back to the public sphere.

"It's been resolved, the DC problem has been resolved. Don't question it anymore," said Minola in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, November 19.

"After disbanding from the meeting, a few days later there was a special DC press conference, you know. There is no more urgency," he continued.

He also questioned the purpose of the press conference. If the intention is to complain about the debt collector's actions, the summons should be addressed to collectors or leasing companies, not to Ruben.

"It means that I just want to show that it is suspected that because Ruben was negligent, S got the hassle," he quipped.

Even Minola questioned Sarwendah's legal steps for debt collectors who came to his house some time ago.

"If the press conference is related to the problem of collecting DC which is against the law and then due to the leasing, it should not have come to his house and collect it from him because it has nothing to do with, with, with S, DC and leasing should be isolated. No? No," said Minola Sebayang.

"Then why are we talking about DC if then we don't have any effort that we underline to explicitly complain about DC's actions that came to S's house. There were no legal remedies, no written or verbal complaints," he concluded.
