Puspoll Survey: Level Of Public Trust To Dpr And Parpol Lowest, TNI Highest
JAKARTA - Executive Director of Puspoll Indonesia Muslimin Tanja stated that the level of public trust in the institutions of the House of Representatives (DPR) and political parties was the lowest in the survey in April.
"Dpr and the lowest political parties, it is not surprising," Muslimin said in an online press conference in Jakarta quoted by Antara, Sunday, May 23.

The survey results mentioned the Indonesian National Army (TNI) is the institution with the highest level of trust, as many as 32.8 percent of respondents strongly believe and 62.2 percent are quite trusting.
Furthermore, the institution of the presidency with 22.8 percent strongly believe and 59.4 percent are quite trusting. Next, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) with 17.2 percent strongly believes and 63.8 percent strongly believes enough. Furthermore, the Indonesian Police, People's Consultative Assembly (MPR), and Regional Representative Council (DPD) RI.
The lowest level of trust is the House of Representatives as much as 6.4 percent strongly believe and 56.9 enough believers and political parties as much as 5.1 percent strongly believe and 50.1 percent strongly believe.
According to Muslimin, from previous surveys, many factors why this institution is the lowest level of trust and most highlighted.

Puspoll Indonesia conducts a national survey of people's political preferences. Data collection was conducted on April 20-29, 2021 through face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires.
The sample number of 1,600 respondents spread across 34 provinces. The survey used a multilevel random method with a margin of error of approximately 2.45 percent at a confidence level of 95 percent. The minimum age of respondents is 17 years old or already eligible voters.
