Called Receiving IDR 200 Million In Self-Receipt, Sarwendah Reveals System Facts "Reimburse" And Initial Agreement

JAKARTA - Sarwendah's legal team provided detailed clarification regarding the issue of a monthly income of Rp 200 million which had been given by Ruben Onsu.

They explained that the nominal was not a request, but part of an initial agreement in which Ruben was willing to bear all the needs of the child, and the payment system also used the reimbursement method.

Chris Sam Siwu, Sarwendah's lawyer, revealed that his client even had offered to divide the fees in half, but was rejected by Ruben.

"The agreement is not a number. The agreement is about the interests of a child whose initial interest was WA, he said we want to divide this in two? Then RSO said no, I will take responsibility for everything," Chris explained in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, November 19.

He emphasized that Sarwendah always provides for all children's needs first, then proposes replacement.

"The system is also reimbursed. So they are paid first and then billed. So this Sarwendah doesn't have money to pay, everything is paid, but it's reimbursed like that," he added.

His party regrets how things that have become an agreement and are carried out sincerely are now being brought up as if they are a burden.

Previously, Ruben's attorney, Minola Sebayang, revealed that his client still provided Sarwendah with a monthly allowance of hundreds of millions of rupiah, even after they officially divorced.

This step was taken to refute the narrative that Ruben Onsu was experiencing economic difficulties and was negligent about his obligations.

"If the goal is to corner our client that he is unable to afford the economy, this is very unwise," said Minola Sebayang in the South Jakarta area, Saturday, November 15.

To prove Ruben's responsibility, Minola showed proof of conversation and monthly transfer from Ruben to Sarwendah. In September 2024 alone, Ruben is said to have transferred a total of Rp242,629,000.

"Since our client divorced S, what our client as a ex-husband should have had to do with his children is maintenance and education money," explained Minola.

"But we can see, starting from the divorce, Ruben pays S a fee of Rp242,629,000 every month," he explained.

Minola even detailed some of the allocations of funds that were considered fantastic, such as the cost of gasoline and toll roads of Rp. 68 million, bird nests of Rp. 9.3 million, to cleaning fees and plastic waste money worth Rp. 5.2 million every month.

"Electricity is divided into two, so it's divorced, the one who lives in the house is S, who enjoys the electricity is S, it still has to share two electricity costs, Rp. 12.9 million," he explained.
