Erika Carlina's Party Asks DJ Panda To Admit Sincere Actions Without Repulsing

JAKARTA - Even though the case has gone up to the investigation stage, Erika Carlina's party still opens up the possibility to make peace.

However, there is one main requirement that must be met by DJ Panda, namely that he must sincerely and without pretext.

Erika's attorney, Mohammad Faisal, explained that the essence of Restorative Justice (RJ) is the recognition and restoration of the victim's rights, not the debate over the material of the case.

"The principle of RJ is that we are no longer talking about material," said Faisal at Polda Metro Jaya, Friday, November 14.

"The RJ in principle, forgives acts by law because there is wisdom through peace," he continued.

Therefore, the main requirement for Erika to consider peace is the sincere recognition of the reported party.

"This means that if the person concerned, in this case the DGT, is willing to voluntarily, his sincerity is to apologize publicly or restore the rights of our client, maybe it can be heeded regarding RJ," he explained.

Faisal also denied the subjective or material requirements submitted by Erika, as previously rumored.
