3 Car Fire Victims Under The Sawah Besar Train Rail Are Being Treated At The Hospital
JAKARTA - One victim was reportedly hospitalized due to a fire incident of 3 cars under the railroad (KA), Karang Anyar Street, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta.
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo said the victim with the initials J (52) was registered as a resident of Karang Anyar, Sawah Besar, who is currently being treated at the Sawah Besar Hospital.
"One person suffered burns and has received medical treatment. No casualties were reported," said Kombes Susatyo when confirmed, Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
The police have installed a police line at the scene of the incident which was used as a illegal parking lot.
"We have processed the crime scene, examined witnesses, and secured evidence. The police line (police line) has been installed for further investigation," he said.
The police chief suspected that the cause of the fire was gas leakage in the vehicle.
"We also urge the public to be more careful in storing or using gas cylinders in vehicles," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sawah Besar Police, AKP Rosid, added that his party had examined 4 witnesses related to the incident.
"We are still investigating the cause of the car fire. Indeed, one car was found with several gas cylinders," he added.

As a result of the Toyota deer fire, two other cars in the vicinity were also burned to the ground. A total of 3 cars were burned down.
