Bahlil Officially Inaugurates Wahyudi Anas Officially As Head Of BPH Migas

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia has appointed Wahyudi Anas as Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) for the period 2025-2029.

Wahyudi was appointed to replace Erika Retnowati, who has held the position since 2021.

"Today, we are training the Oil and Gas BPH. The Oil and Gas BPH has been completed for one period, and the decree on the validity of today's extension ends. So now we are taking it into account," said Bahlil after inaugurating the Oil and Gas BPH Committee, Monday, November 10.

Bahlil hopes that Wahyudi Anas can carry out his duties well in supervising subsidies for fuel oil (BBM) to controlling gas transmission networks.

"Especially in management, because the one controlling fuel subsidies is BPH Migas, including pipes. And they are part of the extended family and have a working relationship with ESDM. So I just ran out. We hope that in the future we can build a good teamwork," explained Bahlil.
