Police Make Sure Children Died In Tanjung Priok Ring Lake Not Victims Of Violence
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanjung Priok Police, AKP Handam Samudro, confirmed that the body of the victim's child drowned in the Ring Lake, Tanjung Priok, did not find any signs of violence on the body of the victim MA (12).
This is based on the results of the crime scene (TKP) and the identification team for the North Jakarta Metro Police.
"There were no signs of violence on the victim's body," said AKP Handam when confirmed, Thursday, November 6, evening.
The victim with the initials MA was found dead as a result of drowning in Ring Lake, Papanggo Village, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta.
"It is suspected that the victim fell into the lake and could not swim and then drowned," he said.
Based on eyewitness testimony with the initials GRP to the police, the incident began when he was on the edge of the lake.

The witness then heard the screams of small children asking for help because someone had drowned.
"A few moments later the witness approached the children and saw that the victim had been lifted from the Lake Ring by friends of the victim and local residents," explained Kanit.
The witness then had time to provide first aid but there was no response. Then took the victim by using an angkot to the Tanjung Priok Health Center.
"We from the function picket and picket for Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanjung Priok Police came to the TKP and asked for help from the Jakut Police identification team for TKP investigation," he said.
