The Product Is On The BPOM Hazardous Cosmetics List, Pinkflash Is Ready To Change!

JAKARTA - Pinkflash products are again included in the list of cosmetics containing prohibited materials based on the supervision of BPOM RI in the third quarter of 2025 or the period from July to September 2025.

There are two Pinkflash products included in the list, as follows.

- PINKFLASH Eyeshadow PF-E23 BR04 (positively containing K10 coloring)

- PINKFLASH Eyeshadow PF-E23 BR02 (positively containing Acid Orange)

BPOM reminded that the red dye K3, K10, and acid orange 7 are known to be carcinogenic. This can damage the liver and nervous system.

Regarding its products being included in the BPOM list of dangerous cosmetics, Pinkflash finally opened his voice via his official Instagram. They confirmed that they had stopped the sale and distribution of the two products, both online and offline.

"As of the date the BPOM letter was issued, we have stopped the distribution and sale of these color products at the Official Store/distributor and the official marketplace," Pinkflash said in a statement, quoted on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

Not only that, but the brand will also provide compensation for consumers who have purchased related products. The company will return consumer purchase money up to twice the original price of the product.

"Compensation will be given twice (2x) from the purchase price of the product," he said.

As for the requirements to get compensation for these compensations, consumers must include product photos, proof of purchase, personal data, to account numbers to company email numbers. The refund will run within 7 working days.
