Pidi Baiq Appoints Ariel NOAH As Dilan In The Film Dilan ITB 1997 And Dilan Amsterdam

JAKARTA - The puzzle about the role of Dilan dewasa has finally been answered. Falcon Pictures officially announced that vocalist Ariel NOAH will play the iconic character Dilan in his two latest films, "Dilan ITB 1997" and "Dilan Amsterdam".

This announcement was made directly by the novel writer, Pidi Baiq. He with full confidence appointed Ariel as the right person to continue the journey of Dilan's character.

"Finally, for this Dilan film, I agree that the highlight is Ariel NOAH," said Pidi Baiq at a press conference in South Jakarta, on Wednesday, November 5.

This decision immediately shocked the media crew and all those present. Ariel NOAH, who was also present at the event, told about the long process behind his decision to accept this very tough role. According to him, the offer did not come just once and needed careful consideration.

"So when I first talked directly to the point, this idea was explained, right? It's tough. As soon as I was told, this is a big type," said Ariel NOAH.

"This character already exists, it's strong, so it can't be decided in a short time. So you have to think about it many times," he continued.

After several discussions with Pidi Baiq and Falcon Pictures, Ariel was finally determined to take on the role. This will be his first major film project in the world of acting, a new move he has taken because of his love for art.

"I like art, so I have to try as long as I am alive. There was an offer from the beginning, 'don't you like acting?' Just a lot of considerations," continued Ariel.

This project is also one of Ariel's activities during his band, NOAH, which is currently in a vacuum. The shooting process for "Dilan ITB 1997" and "Dilan Amsterdam" is scheduled to begin in December 2025 and is scheduled to air in 2026.
