Kak Seto Admits It Is Difficult To Follow Doctor's Advice To Rest For A Total Of 2 Months
JAKARTA - After having a minor stroke, Kak Seto received strict advice from doctors to rest completely and reduce his activities significantly.
However, as a very active person, Kak Seto admitted that it was difficult to fully follow the recommendation.
"Yes, what, maybe the taboos may not be too tired first, don't do too much activity first, then you have to rest. In fact, it is recommended to rest for 1 month to 2 months," said Kak Seto in the South Jakarta area, Tuesday, November 4.
Despite understanding the importance of rest for recovery, he felt he couldn't just stand by without doing any activities.
"But yes, what do I sometimes do, yes, if I don't move, if I don't do activities, I don't kick it, yes, I feel it, yes," he admitted.
As a middle ground, Kak Seto is now trying to balance the rest time with light activities. He also has to avoid heavy exercise or even a match for a while.
