TikTok Holds The 2025 Initial TikTok Awards In The US With 170 Million Users
JAKARTA - TikTok announced its first award event in the United States, the 2025 TikTok Awards, which will be a celebration for 170 million users and creators in the US.
TikTok Awards 2025 will take place directly from Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on Thursday, December 18, and will be broadcast live via the official account @TikTok starting at 18.00 PT or 10.00 WIB the next day.
The event will pay tribute to creators who have inspired, entertained, and linked various communities across the country.
ByteDance insists that the TikTok Awards aim to appreciate the most memorable videos, creative innovators, breakthrough artists, and our community's favorite donors.
TikTok opens opportunities for users to participate in determining the winner through the voting system in the TikTok application which will open from 18 November to 2 December 2025.

A total of 14 categories will be contested, including Creator of the Year, Video of the Year, Muse of the Year, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, and special categories such as the "Immediately Added to Cart" Award presented by TikTok Shop.
In addition, CapCut and TikTok LIVE will also provide special awards for creators who contribute greatly to their respective fields.
With the theme New Era, New Icons, this event is expected to emphasize TikTok's position as the main forum for creative generations that inspire the world through content and innovation.
