1. Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep can interfere with memory and concentration functions. This can even increase the risk of dementia, including Alzheimer's that attacks the brain slowly.

Therefore, try to sleep regularly and wake up at the same hour every day. The addition is also a calming routine such as a warm bath or reading a book to increase the frequency and quality of your sleep.

2. Listening to music over headphones is too loud

Listening to music is fun. However, if the volume is too loud especially if you listen to it via headphones, it can be dangerous for the brain.

Being in a dark room for too long can make the brain slow to work. If done continuously, then this habit will hurt the brain more slowly.

Without light enough, you can also feel tired quickly, difficult to focus, and feel sad for no reason. So, try to open the screen of the house wider, let the sunlight go inside to make the brain and body fresher.

If you work in a room that lacks light, consider using therapeutic lights as an alternative. With sufficient light exposure, it can maintain hormonal balance and brain function.
