Polda Metro Tracks Leaked Data Travel Claimed By Bjorka

The Directorate of Cyber Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya is conducting tracking to trace traces of the data suspected of being hacked, and claimed by the party claiming to be Bjorka.

Deputy Director of Cyber Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Fian Yunus, said the move was taken to ensure how the data got to the party claiming to be Bjorka.

"To ask how this data got to Bjorka, we're checking the data journey," said Fian when confirmed, Monday, November 3, 2025

Fian said dozens of entities whose data was allegedly leaked would be summoned by investigators for questioning. They will also be asked to submit log of their respective electronic systems to trace potential leakage.

"We will call and check, and we will ask for the log," he said.

The data that was hacked, Fian said, came from various sectors, including health data, banking, education, construction, to e-commerce.

"There are health data, data from internal and foreign banks, there are school data, construction, E-commerce data as well. The data is varied and numerous. Yesterday we discussed it with Law enforcement. The data is five gigas. You imagine what the data is 5 gigas big," he said.

Fian revealed that some of the evidence had been brought to the Forensic Laboratory (labfor) for further examination. So, from the results of laboratory analysis, investigators will obtain technical information related to the source and data leakage line.

"There is some data belonging to the government abroad. Later we will cooperate with the police so that they can check with the systems whether the data is true," said Fian.

"If there is a broken data, we will work together to share data, to catch the perpetrators. Is he the culprit of Bjorka, or is there someone else who did it," he continued.

Until now, the police are still unable to confirm whether Bjorka was arrested as the perpetrator of the hack or only those who obtained data from other sources.

"We will wait for log from the electronic system owned by each of the victims. Or the owner's data," he concluded.
