Women's Spring-Summer 2026, Christian Lou Aboutin Tracks Football Field
After last season's unforgettable spectacular performance with a water-filled show, Christian Louboutin is back in collaboration with David LaChapelle and total Li for Loubi Show's new chapter, this time presenting a world where art meets athletes, and athletes who combine with artists.
Set in a real stadium, Dojo Arena in Paris, this immersive performance was inspired by the spirit of togetherness in the tradition of America's distinctive homecoming matches. Under the artistic direction of visionary David LaChapelle and choreography from
Divided in five rounds that re-image the typical traditions of the celebration night, a parade marching of the band from sapeur-popiers de Paris, an energetic group of cheers, live music performances, dancers depicting passionate football players, as well as a magnificent closure that exudes joy and victory.
Loubi Show is also a story about fond memories of youth, bringing viewers back to their own youth atmosphere. Homecoming aesthetics, now a visual language, reflect on the collective memory of youth full of freedom, pure pleasure, and endless wonder.
In LaChapelle's theatrical world, the pitch turns into a full stage of eccentric and unexpected characters. The show opens with cameo performances from an iconic Paris model, which LaChapelle calls as French as the Eiffel Tower which enters the field while pushing the grass cutting machine. The show continues with the appearance of a twinler baton and the mascot of a pet Christian Louboutin which appears playfully, inviting the audience into a world where the imagination of dancing freely with tradition.
The Loubi Show musical narrative combined at the intersection between American and French traditions, was revived by the contemporary performance of Asphalt. French singer Milo Thoretton embodyed a cultural dialogue between French misery and American energy through three songs from his repertoire, reinterpreting the romance dreamy romance boy statue.
The final round is a tribute to the savoir-faire and Christian Louboutin's indefinite imagination, by re-presenting one of the most iconic works of his career: Ballerina Ultima, which was first created in 2007. Inspired by the extreme position of ballet dancer en pointe, these shoes are now reinterpreted with the design of a typical Cassia front and fully decorated with strass.
Shown on top of a giant cake, both as a statue candle and worn by dancers, this work is a symbol of the extraordinary theatrical brand's expertise and vision. Inspired by the theatrical and symbolic spirit of this celebration, the show also introduced the iconic Cassia line which is now growing into a collection full of ballet touches.
